In addition to planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes where major elements such as central heating, kitchens, bathrooms and windows are replaced at the end of their life cycle, our teams carry out cyclical programmes of interior and exterior maintenance to ensure full compliance with the Government’s ‘Decent Home Standard’.
The cyclical programme includes works that are carried out on a pre-determined arranged cycle e.g. yearly, every 5 years or 10 years and ensures that our partners meets their legal duties in relation to gas safety and electrical testing and that the general upkeep of properties is maintained. Other types of cyclical work may include installing new windows, new kitchens, new bathrooms, boiler replacement and servicing, rewiring, insulation, roofing repairs, interior and external painting.
