We aim to provide the best possible service to our customers in an efficient, effective, polite and professional manner. Our “Resident Customer Charter” serves to help improve the quality of our services and provide a supporting role for long tern social value and local regeneration.

  • The Managing Director has the ultimate responsibility for Customer Care provided by JC Construction Ltd.
    The Contracts Managers are responsible for interfacing with the Customer and providing regular updates to the Client on contract progress.
  • Customer Care is the responsibility of all members of staff in the performance of their work.
  • The Customer Care Policy Statement will be reviewed dependent on changes in Legislation, and take cognisance of practical experience and Clients Demands.
